Roofing
On a roof job, the claims come from the ground: a cracked driveway under the dumpster, crushed flower beds, a dented gutter, a ceiling crack inside. Shoot it all before tear-off.
"Your dumpster cracked my driveway."
-
Concrete
Concrete crews bring heavy trucks onto other people's property. When a crack shows up next to your new slab, the first question is whether it was already there.
"Your truck cracked my driveway."

Siding
Siding work touches everything on the outside of a house, and some things on the inside. Shoot the windows, trim and beds before the old siding comes off.
"Those windows were fine before you started."

Remodeling
Remodels mean tools, materials and crews moving through someone's home for weeks. A sweep of the path and the rooms next to the work, before day one, heads off most of the arguments.
"You scratched our hardwood."
